Inspired by the decadence of Las Vegas resorts blended with local flair, the wow factor at Tanzy Restaurant is undeniable. As a result, developing a menu to match its first impression is a tall order, but it’s one Chef Scott Anderson welcomes. Case in point: His perfectly marbled, 16-ounce rib-eye ($39). Cooked on a mesquite-burning grill and served with a made-from-scratch bearnaise sauce, crispy fingerling potatoes and sauteed broccolini, it’s a meal crafted for a king – something that is quite fitting, given the entry to the restaurant is an actual two-story castle door. 15257 N.
