DESIGN The project includes a one-story addition to an existing residence located on Walker Lake in Shohola, PA. The new spaces included a carport, new entrance, foyer, and master bedroom suite. Skylights were added throughout to bring in daylight to the forested lakeside setting.

“We purchased our lake front property as a weekend retreat for our family. Richard designed a spacious, open, and light filled mid-century modern design that worked well with the existing cottage on a modest budget.�
