Die einzelnen Segmente werden in transportablen Ein­ heiten industriell vorgefertigt und mit üblichen Transportmitteln zur Baustelle befördert.

Die Segmente werden überlappend verschraubt und dem Einsatzfall entsprechend abgedichtet. Die B ­ ehälter ­werden entweder mit schrägem oder flachem Dach geliefert. ­Zusätzlich ist auch eine Lieferung ohne Dach möglich.

The segment silo is a technically mature silo with ­bolted lap joints. The separate segments – sealed according to the specific applications – are prefabricated in units, which can be transported by all common means of transport.

The segments are bolted overlapping and sealed according to the application. The silos are delivered ­ with oblique, flat or without roofs.

Großraumsilos – Plattensilos: Einfache Montage, flexible Gestaltung Large Volume Silos – Plate Type Silos: Simple Erection, Flexible Designs Der Plattensilo ist eine Alternative zum Segmentsilo und besteht aus 1 x 2 m großen eingerollten Platten, die flanschartig mitei­nander verschraubt werden.

The plate-type silo is an alternative to the Segment-­ Silo and comprises of 1 x 2 m curved plates, which are ­flanged together.

Der Einsatz von Platten anstelle von Segmenten ist von unterschiedlichen Gegebenheiten abhängig und muss im Einzelfall überprüft werden.

Mehrkammersilos werden alternativ zu Monoblocksilos (für geringen Platzbedarf) in Betonwerken für Zuschlagstoffe eingesetzt. Der Silo kann mit einem Fassungs­ volumen von bis zu 700 m³ und zehn verschieden gro­ ßen Einzelkammern ausgeführt werden.

Multiple chamber silos are used in concrete plants for aggregates as an alternative to the monobloc silo in case of space constraints. The silo can be designed with a storage volume of up to 700 m³ and 10 differently sized chambers.

Durch die zentrale Anordnung der Ausläufe ist die ­Beschickung einer Behälterwaage sowohl über Dosier­ seg­ mentverschlüsse als auch über Abzieh-Dosierför­­ der­bänder gewährleistet. Die steilwandigen Siloausläufe garantieren eine weitestgehende Restlosentleerung.

Because of the central positioning of the discharge openings, the filling of a weigh-hopper via dosing segment gates, as well as dosing via withdrawal-­beltconveyors is possible. The steep silo walls guarantee near residue-free discharge.

Bei Kammern mit schwer fließendem Material kann im Auslaufbereich ein Außenrüttler installiert werden.

Chambers with difficult flowing materials can be equipped in the discharge area with an external vibrator.

Weiters können Anschlüsse für Dampf- und Warmluft­ heizungen vorgesehen werden, um Gefrierung zu verhindern. Eine außen angebrachte Isolierung und Tra­ pez­blechverkleidung garantieren einen ­problem­losen Win­ter­betrieb.

Siloaufsatzfilter: Effiziente Entstaubung – praktisch wartungsfrei Silo Crown Filter: Efficient Dedusting – Practically Maintenance-free Mechanisch abgereinigter Siloaufsatzfilter mit fest verbundenen Inspektionstüren (werden radial verschoben und verbleiben in der Führung am Filtergehäuse). Keine losen Teile, die bei Inspektion oder Wartung verloren gehen oder herunterfallen können.

Staubhaltige Abluft tritt in den Filterschlauch und dann erst in das Filtergehäuse. Es bleibt daher das Filtergehäuse staubfrei, wodurch auch bei undichtem Filtergehäuse kein Staub austreten kann.
