From the laundry room to a corner office, Kim B. Overbye has spent his thirty-plus year career learning every aspect of the property management trade. Now, as founder and owner of Ontario Property Management Group Inc. (OPMG), he’s using those decades of handson experience to build one of Canada’s largest property management firms. “I’ve still got a long way to go before I retire and we’re only getting started,” says Overbye, enjoying the view from the company’s headquarters in Markham, Ontario.
