From the Golf Committee
Dear Members and Guests,
We extend a warm welcome to the Fall Member Guest. We are delighted to have you join us for an engaging few days filled with exceptional food, beverages, and competition. Our team is committed to providing you with a memorable golfing experience.
We would like to express our gratitude to our new Director of Golf, Nick Campbell, for pulling this event together with much uncertainty after the transition into the position, and the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. The transition was made easy by the tremendous Professional team under him, Head Golf Professional, Matt Presnell, 1st Assistant Professional, Morgan Kelley, and Assistant Professional Frank Taliento.
Additionally, we appreciate Course Superintendent, Daniel Farley and his team for their outstanding work in preparing the golf course, ensuring a fair and challenging experience for all participants. This year took some extra effort, as the team did a remarkable job cleaning up our beautiful club from the debris, and damage incurred from the hurricane. Our Club Manager, Rob Hubbard, along with F&B Manager Sarah Roese, and Executive Sous Chef Harry Mccellfresh are excited for the opportunity to exceed your expectations with the clubhouse offerings throughout the event.
We encourage everyone to attend the exciting Shootout on Saturday at 3:30 PM. Enjoy the festivities, and best of luck on the course.
Sincerely,
The Golf Committee

Tournament Information
Scoring the Ultimate Scorecard
Each team player will play his own ball on each hole. On Day 1 the better net score of the two players on each hole will be the counting scores for the team. On Day 2, the team will look to improve each hole’s score from Day 1.
Example; On Day 1, Hole #3 the bet net score was a 4. On Day 2 the team is trying to improve with a net 3 or better on that hole. Any score higher than Day 1's 4 does not matter.
Wild Card Team
This will be the team with the lowest Net Ultimate Scorecard, who didn’t win their flight.
Tie Breakers
Ties for flight winners and wildcard will be broken with the best 1st Day total, Best 10-18 ultimate card total, best 12-18 ultimate scorecard total, best 16-18 ultimate scorecard total, 18-hole ultimate scorecard score in that order. If still ties, a chip off will determine the tie break.
Flight Winners Shootout Format
The overall champion will be determined through a Shootout of all of the flight winners and the wildcard team. The Shootout will be net alternate shot format. One team member will choose to tee off on the first hole and then alternate from there until either eliminated or victorious.
Order of Play & Eliminations

6 Teams Play Hole #16
3 Teams Play Hole #8

The Rules of Play
It is a requirement of this event that all players must use a powered golf cart riding with their partner. USGA Rules will govern all play, except where modified by the following local rules. The boundaries on holes 1,3,4,10, and 11 are defined by the course side points of the fences.
The practice putting green area is OB and the boundary surrounding the practice green is defined by the grass edge of the practice area.
The Pavers at the Morand house and the road to the maintenance area are considered cart path, free relief.
A ball striking a power line MUST be replayed without penalty. A ball in the greenside penalty area on 6 and penalty area on 16 has the additional relief option of dropping a ball in the dropping zone located on the path to the green.
There is an internal OB while playing the 10th hole It is indicated by stakes over the water to the left and extends past the putting green.
All limestone paths and waste areas are in play. You may remove loose impediments, but not sand.
Pace of Play Rule 5.6 will be strictly enforced with the policy below.
