2015 PARADE OF HOMES LEADERSHIP Long hours of hard work and dedication go into the planning of a successful Parade of Homes. One of the reasons the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association, Inc. Annual Parade of Homes has been very successful is due to the hard work of those behind the scenes. Due to his long-term involvement with the Association and the Parade of Homes committee, Mike Duffey (Zarsky Lumber Company) was asked to head the committee. Working alongside Mike were Paco Vielma (EPP Marketing) and Jose R. Vielma (RGV New Homes Guide). Gold Sponsors are Frost Bank, Magic Valley Electric Cooperative, and Sierra Title.
