There are various types of fittings available, all depending on the opening size and general layout of your garage space. All will be explaned when we visit you to complete a survey.

All doors come in 3 box sizes, the 55 range has a 205mm box and the 77 range has a 300/350mm box. Doors can be fitted internally or externally, ideally we will need the headroom to be large enough to fit either of the box sizes. The side room requires up to 100mm of free space.

Wipe the curtain with a damp cloth and a mild detergent to remove any excessive dirt/grime to maintain its appearance and to reduce the risk of the surface being damaged.

This must be done more frequently in a salt air environment.

Jet washers are too powerful for this door type.

Marks on the paint finish can be cleaned with many types of car polish.

Heavy duty broom bristles are not an advisable utensil to use to clean your door.

Chips in the paint work should be touched up to prevent corrosion of the metal.

Opening the box or the control unit could affect the warranty, ring RGS in the unlikely event you may have an issue.

The power to the garage door should be isolated before washing or repairing the paintwork.

Make sure no foreign items get collected in the guides i.e.: stones, sticks, paper etc.

Always call RGS with any queries or questions.

The motor and curtain have been designed to be lubrication free, so no need to oil or grease the guide rails.

The warranty will be affected if you decide to get your door sprayed another colour.

Please do not put off calling RGS, no problem is too little for us to advise or correct.

The following guarantees apply to SeceuroGIide Roller products, subject to correct installation, maintenance and operation: SeceuroGIide Excel, SeceuroGIide Original, SeceuroGIide LT, SeceuroGIide Compact and SeceuroGIide Manual are guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship by SWS UK with a parts only warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

SeceuroGIide Vertico is guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship by SWS UK with a parts only warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

When purchased together, the Somfy motor and Rollixo control unit carry a 7-year warranty, subject to registration within 3 months of installation at https://warranty.seceuroglide.co.uk (exclucing SeceuroGIide LT & SeceuroGlide Manual.) with a 5 year warranty The Somfy motor is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Foiled woodgrain finishes are guaranteed on the slat finish only for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in addition to SWS UK products that may be faulty or not as described.

Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

The following terms apply to all SeceuroGIide Roller products purchased for installation in the UK. The terms shall prevail or be in addition to any agreement between you, the customer the installer and/or SWS UK. SWS UK will replace any components of our products sold as SeceuroGIide Roller Garage Doors ('the Product') where the manufacturing process has resulted in a defect occurring during the period the relevant period specified in clause 1. 1 , subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in the Conditions of Guarantee below.

Conditions of Guarantee Any claim under the guarantee must be made by the customer or the installer. Claims must be made to Customer Services at SWS UIS Hornby Road, Claughton, Lancaster, LA2 9LA or by email to customer.services@swsuk.co.uk quoting the date of installation and the name of the installer.

2.2 The Product must have been installed by a SWS UK approved installer or by SWS UK itself.

2.3 This guarantee does not cover defects which are the result of: a. incorrect installation, not following SWS UK's instructions; b. incorrect or lack of proper maintenance ofthe Product in accordance with SWS UK's maintenance manual; c. incorrect operation of the Product; d. any modifications made to the Product made by anyone other than SWS UK; e. normal wear and tear; accidental or malicious damage; g. impact damage or scratches, dents, scuffs or other minor abrasions; h. use or attempted use of non-SWS UK spare parts; repairs or attempts at repairs undertaken by any person other than someone specifically

authorised by SWS UK any failure of masonry or other structures on to which the Product has been fixed.

2.4 This guarantee excludes cover for any consumables such as fuses, light bulbs or batteries.

2.5 The maximum amount for which SWS UK will be liable under the terms of this Guarantee is the original cost of the installation of the product paid by the Customer.
