The RGS Foundation aims to cultivate a strong ethos of philanthropy, encouraging our community to give in whatever way feels right—whether through knowledge, time, financial support, or volunteering. Our team of five curates events, communications, and dedicated engagement activities to build, nurture, and sustain the relationships that enable us to offer bursarial support for an award-winning education and outstanding facilities for our students, regardless of background. With an active global network of over 9,000 people, we can reach our audience through a wide range of channels — digital, print, publications, events, and nostalgic storytelling.
Mission
Our mission is to build a connected global network of Reigatians, fostering relationships through events, mentoring, and communication.
We are dedicated to supporting the education and professional growth of all students and alumni, providing opportunities regardless of background through bursaries and social mobility initiatives. By developing state-of-the-art facilities, we ensure RGS remains a leader in excellence and innovation, enriching the experience for every student.
Vision
To broaden the horizons of more children by offering them an education at Reigate Grammar School and enhancing the landscape of opportunity for those that attend the school and beyond by providing world class facilities and enrichment opportunities.
Values
At Reigate Grammar School, we live our values in everything we do — Be Inspired, Be Green, Be Global, Be Kind, Be Giving, and Be Partners. The RGS Foundation proudly upholds these principles and brings them to life in every aspect of our work.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with our event sponsorships. With a calendar full of golf days, Reigatian Hub gatherings, and special events such as the Gala Ball or the Changing Lives, Building Futures campaign launch, we offer many ways to showcase your brand and increase visibility across a wide and global network.
Opportunities include sponsoring a drinks package, showcasing your brand on banners or boards, appearing on table items such as wine labels or favours, or providing an auction item or prize. For a bigger impact, you can also sponsor or host the venue or take on the role of main event sponsor.

Event sponsorship options can vary depending on the size and nature of event. For example, the left demonstrates the package options for the 2025 Gala Ball sponsorship. We had welcome drinks sponsors (featuring branding on entry to the event , wine sponsors (featuring their business logo label on each bottle of wine and main sponsors which in addition to the sponsorship benefits, provided them with a VIP table for 10 guests. These events are bespoke and will vary across venues.
Our annual golf day can provide the opportunity to sponsor an award or trophy – Nearest the Pin or Longest Drive, be the beverage sponsor (either at the bar or with on-course pop up / drinks buggy or even sponsor the day.
Other examples of event sponsorship include our Reigatian Hub events which take place across the country and feature an opportunity to promote your business within a like-minded professional networking event. Previous venues include Juno Rooms
- London, Rail House Café - London, Drop Kick Brewery - Dorking, The Hatch, Pilgrim Taproom and The Cage – Pilgrim Brewery, Reigate, Steam Wine Bar – London, Leake Street Arches - London and The Ostrich - Bristol.
Whilst some venues are selected due to location, others are hosted by the business owner.

Once an event has been confirmed, the options for event sponsorship will be available.
