SVS has partnered exclusively with RGH to provide an end to end sponsorship licence and visa application for our clients.
We are the only multi disciplined global recruiter to provide this service born out of the need for clients in the healthcare and tech sectors to source brilliant candidates.
Once our clients offer an overseas candidate a job we then will run the visa application alongside SVS therefore relieving our clients of a lot of the administrative burden at a competitive rate.

Approach
Providing talent acquisition proposition, RGH provided an end to end recruitment solution by supplying an in house recruitment service which offered advice on job specs and working with hiring managers to support their hiring process. We conducted first stage interviews with direct applicants and RGH sourced applicants, managed their ATS, advertised their vacancies for them and dealt with the responses.
Challenges faced
The market has been really difficult due to candidates salary expectations, general lack of candidates available and staff turnover due to rapid growth as well as finding the right personality mix for the company.
Outcome
RGH provided a unique result via an end to end sponsorship licence and visa provision. We also provided a bespoke HR solution via our consultancy division. This offered an Employee Engagement & HR strategy such as search, selection and placement process as well as evaluation and selection of direct applicants for personnel requirements identified by the Client.
Requirements
One of RGH clients' is within the legal sector. We have recruited for them for the past 12 months, hiring candidates for roles within IT with a view to expand into their legal recruitment demands.

Approach
Having worked within the legal sector in an IT capacity, our specialist recruiter knows the industry well and this has benefited the client greatly so we delivered that knowledge to the client with a high level of expertise.
As many of the roles are customer facing we understand the complexities of personality and skill sets within the teams from an insider perspective and recruit accordingly. We also submit low volume quality candidates.
Challenges faced
The client requirements could be very specific and too complex for the market so it was balancing the must haves with the right personalities to fit in with existing teams. Also the IT industry with legal experience is a very small market so it is about knowing that market well and constantly re assessing requirements and client expectations.
Outcome
Although this is not an exclusive contract with this client the total roles available were 15 vacancies and we successfully placed 11 roles so the client feels very comfortable with our performance. This has lead to the firm opening up non IT based roles to us which is leading us to expand our legal sector.
