Ingredients
Sabudana (Sago) – 1 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Potatoes – 2 medium size
Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)
Roasted Peanuts – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 6-8 leaves
Ginger (finely chopped) – 2 tsp
Green chilli (chopped) – 1 medium size
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Rock salt/ sendha Namak – as per taste
Water (for soaking sabudana & boiling potatoes)
Fresh grated coconut – ¼ cup
PREPARATION – Sabudana Peanut Mix
Rinse and soak Sabudana over night
Boil & peel potatoes
Roast peanuts and crush them
Take soaked Sabudana in a bowl and add sendha namak to it
Add crushed potatoes and mix it well & keep aside.
PREPARATION
Heat a wok & add ghee
Once the ghee is melted, add cumin seeds and let it crackle
Add curry leaves and green chilli and stir for a minute
Add choped ginger and saute. Again stir till nice aroma
Add boiled potatoes and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
Once the potatoes get crisp, add Sabudana Peanut Mix
Mix throughly and cook on low flame
Cook till sabudana gets transluscent
Now add lemon juice and grated coconut
Mix it
Serve and Enjoy
