Founded in 1885 and operating across the UK, we have the specialist knowledge and understanding to bridge the gap between military life and civilian employment. We work in partnership with other organisations and employers who, like us, respect and value the unique qualities and abilities of all those who have served.

We deliver within the MOD’s Career Transition Partnership Programme, which supports Service leavers from two years before, to two years after discharge.

We deliver resettlement pathways for the Wounded Injured and Sick Service Leavers, CTP Assist and Early Service Leavers, Future Horizons.

Mentoring and Workshops

We work with employers to create one-to-one mentoring opportunities, group workshops and insight days, giving our clients unique access to expert, industry-specific knowledge.

These are a great way for staff members to give back and invaluable for both employers and our clients to instil motivation and creativity.

We can: • help create workshop themes and ideas • co-ordinate clients to interact and engage with the sessions • assist with virtual or face-to-face workshops.

Corporate Partnerships and Funding

In 2022, RFEA - The Forces Employment Charity and the Officers’ Association combined their employment services to create a single charity, the Forces Employment Charity.

Success stories Ex-Army chef, Kara, sought our support when she found her job was at risk following the Covid-19 outbreak.

Event Sponsorship

We host virtual and face-to-face networking events across all of Forces Employment Charity’s programmes.
