I will never replace Mick Brown Interview to Mike Kelly by Diego Centurión

The questions are based on some concerts in South America. And that in our next issue, we review three concerts, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. But first I want to tell you, what you have caused in us fans in Latin America. I think it’s the first time, after Mick Brown, has not been a drummer who has made us forget Mick in concert. Until you came along. You’ve gotten all the fans very special way, how you interpret and feel the songs, I know the fans are very happy with you, and you were one of the pleasant comments.

Ah thank you for the kind words... I will never replace Mick Brown, he was an amazing player...I have tried to take something from how he played and studied the songs. I do also have my own style and if people think it works with the band then I am very humbled. I had not heard a lot of the different bands and versions of the songs over the years, so was referencing the original recordings and trying to get back to more like that sound.
