ocê deve estar se perguntando o que tem a ver entre si as palavras do título desta coluna. Em parte, todos associamos, de alguma forma, as crises com os ciclos. Ou melhor, sabemos que as crises são cíclicas. Mas, e os astros com isso? É possível associar o estudo dos movimentos dos astros com os eventos aqui na Terra, de forma a se ter uma medida relativamente precisa das crises e sua duração. Tenho feito estes estudos desde a década de 1980 e, dentre eles, destaco um que avalia a evolução cíclica desde a Independência (1822), com suas crises econômicas e políticas. A conclusão maior é o que todo mundo já sabe: as crises passam e a vida continua. Umas demoram mais que outras, mas todas chegam ao fim, dando início a um novo ciclo virtuoso. Neste final de 2018 é o que todos nós, brasileiros, desejamos para nosso país! Então, analisando os ciclos astrológicos, posso avaliar que estamos em uma fase de recomposição que se conclui em 2021, de tal forma que já em 2019 poderemos avistar (e até viver) melhores condições socioeconômicas. Cabe observar que escrevo esta coluna antes das eleições de outubro de 2018, de forma que não há nenhuma conotação de preferência política, mas tão somente uma análise astrológica cíclica, voltada à economia brasileira. Estamos em um intervalo que começou em 2015 e vai até 2021, época de desafios, de reação às dificuldades em sua maior expressão! Essas “reações” são expressões do governo na busca de soluções dos problemas, são investimentos de médio e longo prazo, bem como uma reorientação nos rumos da economia e política nacionais. No paralelo histórico deste ciclo astrológico, encontramos o período de 1808 a 1850, conhecido como “A Era do Liberalismo” (in História Econômica do Brasil, de Caio Prado Júnior). Assim, guardadas as proporções e características de cada momento, estamos em uma nova Era de Liberalismo, que me permite pensar em dias melhores de hoje em diante! RR Assim seja!

ou must be wondering what this column’s title words have to do with each other. In part, we all associate crises with cycles in some way. Or rather, we know that crises are cyclical. But what about the stars? The study of the movements of the stars, correlating them with the events here on Earth, it is possible to associate them in order to have a relatively precise measure of the crises and their duration. I have been doing these studies since the 1980s and among these studies, I highlight one that evaluates the cyclical evolution since the beginning of Independence (1822), with its economic and political crises. The biggest conclusion is what everyone already knows: crises pass and life goes on. Some take longer than others, but they all come to an end, initiating a new virtuous cycle. At the end of 2018, it is what all of us Brazilians want for our country! So, by evaluating the astrological cycles, I can evaluate that we are in a phase of recomposition that concludes in 2021, so that by 2019 we shall be able to see (and even live) better socioeconomic conditions. It should be noted that I write this column before the October/18 elections, so that there is no connotation of political preference, but only a cyclical astrological analysis, focused on the Brazilian economy. We are in an interval that began in 2015 and ends in 2021, a time of challenges, of reaction to difficulties in its greatest expression! These “reactions” are expressions of the government in the search for solutions to problems, they are medium and long term investments, as well as a reorientation in the directions of the national economy and politics. In the historical parallel of this astrological cycle, we find the period 1808 - 1850, known as “The Age of Liberalism” (in História Econômica do Brasil (Economic History of Brazil), Caio Prado Júnior). So, keeping the proportions and characteristics of each moment, we are in a new Era of Liberalism, which allows me to think of better days from now on! RR So be it!
