El banderazo oficial a las Mextenis Experiences llegó con la tradicional fiesta de blanco, celebrada en el prestigioso gastrobar Toro en Punta Ballena. Más de 250 invitados disfrutaron una cena de autor, cócteles, buena música y un ambiente ideal para arrancar la semana del llamado deporte blanco.
Con el Pacífico como escenario y un entorno sofisticado, el torneo ATP 250 coronó al canadiense Denis Shapovalov, quien se consagró campeón tras vencer al estadounidense Aleksandar Kovacevic en dos sets impecables (6-4, 6-2). La fundación First Tee México ha sido clave para que este proyecto beneficie a jóvenes talentos con recursos limitados. “Siempre me ha nacido apoyar a la gente, y me emociona ver cómo crece esta comunidad”, añadió el campeón.
Como ya es tradición, la leyenda del golf Lorena Ochoa ofreció una clínica especial para los asistentes, celebrando el impulso y desarrollo de este deporte.
Entre swings, sonrisas y aplausos, No Golf No Life dejó claro que en México también se juega con el corazón.
