COMPANY POLICY QUICK QUESTIONS Does Reverence accept size exchanges?

Yes for size adjustment only. Reverence does not accept returns. All exchanges must include a return authorization number issued by an authorized Reverence customer service agent. Exchange fee is $10.00 per garment for plain garments and 50% off the original cost for rhinestoned garments. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Reverence will not exchange costumes that have been worn or altered. Costumes modified from their original catalog form will be considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

What payment terms does Reverence accept?

Reverence requires a minimum 50% deposit on all orders. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Cashier’s Checks and Certified Checks are all accepted forms of payment. Company checks are accepted but can take up to three weeks to clear the bank and those orders will not go into production until the funds have cleared. Balance dues can be shipped either C.O.D. with an additional $10.00 fee or can be paid by credit card or another form of accepted payment at the time of shipment.

Does Reverence offer pricing discounts?

Only for orders paid in full at time of order. Please see the chart below to determine your applicable discount. Does Reverence accept order changes or order cancellations?

Adjustments to your order will be accepted prior to your order beginning production. Once your order has begun the production process no changes can be made. All orders are custom made. Cancellations will be accepted within 7 days from the original order date, unless it is a rush order and these can’t be canceled.

Does Reverence offer custom designed costumes?

Not at this time. There are endless possibilities on many styles in our catalog offering our customers the chance to choose your own color combinations. Our catalog has been designed with many color choices to accommodate those customers wanting a unique look. Please reference the catalog itself for color choices or speak directly with one of our sales associates.
