ILMIODESIGN ILIMIODESIGN is a new creative concept oriented toward all aspects of the design world. Andrea Spada and Michele Corbani founded the group in 2009 and have a technical team comprised of architects, industrial, technical, and graphic designers. The idea of the group is to address the collective questions of architecture and interior design. Lagarto is a collection with unique characteristics. Created with durable materials, it works in both open and closed spaces, withstands sunlight and one might even say that it feels at home in the sun. It moves it’s tail to draw geometric figures and it’s versatility gives way to sinuous forms inspired by a lizard’s tail. ILMIODESIGN es un nuevo concepto creativo orientado al mundo del diseño en todas sus vertientes. Fundado por Andrea Spada y Michele Corbani en el año 2009, cuenta con un experto equipo profesional formado por arquitectos, diseñadores industriales, técnicos y gráficos. Una respuesta a las inquietudes colectivas relacionadas con la Arquitectura y el Interiorismo. Lagarto es una colección con unas características que hacen de él un producto único y singular. Por sus materiales resistentes puede convivir tanto en espacios cerrados como abiertos, soporta el sol y podríamos decir que se siente cómodo bajo sus rayos. Sabe adaptarse a espacios amplios y transitados como a pequeños rincones, creando espacios recogidos. Mueve su cola describiendo figuras geométricas y su versatilidad y ligereza visual dan lugar a formas sinuosas inspiradas en la cola del lagarto. Lagarto (Lézard) est une collection avec quelques caractéristiques qui font de lui un produit unique et singulier. Par ses matériaux résistants, il s’adapte tant dans des espaces fermés comme à l’extérieur, il supporte le soleil et nous pourrions dire qu’il se sent à l’aise sous ses rayons. Il sait s’adapter à de espaces grands et fréquentés comme à de petits recoins, en créant des espaces rangés. Il bouge sa queue en décrivant des figures géométriques et sa versatibilité et légèreté visuelle donnent lieu à de sinueuses formes inspirées de la queue du lézard. ILMIODESIGN ist ein neues kreatives Konzept, das sich an der Welt des Designs in allen seinen Facetten orientiert. Es wurde von Andrea Spada und Michele Corbani im Jahr 2009 geschaffen und von einem Expertenteam aus Architekten, Industriedesignern, Technikern und Grafikern gebildet. Es steht als Antwort auf die kollektiven Interessen in Verbindung mit der Außen- und Innenarchitektur. Lagarto ist eine Sammlung mit Eigenschaften, die es schlichtweg einzigartig machen. Aufgrund seiner widerstandsfähigen Materialien kann es geschlossenen wie auch in offenen Räumen steht. Es erträgt die Sonne und man könnte sogar behaupten, dass es sich unter den Sonnenstrahlen wohlfühlt. Es weiß sich an geräumige und an viel besuchte Bereiche wie auch an kleine Winkel anzupassen, indem es gemütliche Ambientes bildet. Es bewegt seinen Schwanz und malt geometrische Figuren. Seine Vielseitigkeit und seine optische Leichtheit führen zu den kurvigen Formen, die am Schwanz einer Eidechse inspiriert sind.

CHAPUT & GUIJARRO Chaput & Guijarro was born from the collaboration of two designers to international furniture design.The idea behind the Cádiz was to create a modern reinterpretation of the opular bistro chair. The inviting shape of the seat together with the minimalistic lines of the chair provide a timeless and universal look. Inspired by conviviality of bar and hotel culture, we wanted to create a versatile product which can be placed easily in these environents. The chair is stackable, made of aluminum and available in a large choice of colors. We also gave it a playful twist by showing the seat in two different looks: smooth and textured. Chaput y Guijarro, nace de la colaboración de dos diseñadores de muebles de diseño internacional. La idea detrás del sillón Cádiz ha sido reinterpretar, de una manera moderna, la popular silla de cafetería familiar para la mayoría de nosotros. La forma invita a sentarse, así como las líneas minimalistas de la silla proporcionan un aspecto atemporal y universal. Inspirado en la convivencia de bares y hoteles con la cultura, hemos querido crear un producto versátil, que se acoplara de una manera fácil en estos ambientes. La silla es apilable, fabricada en España en aluminio y disponible en una gran variedad de colores. Por otra parte nos ha parecido darle un toque lúdico al presentar el asiento en dos estilos diferentes: suave y con textura.
Chaput & Guijarro est né de la collaboration de deux designers internationaux pour la réalisation de meubles. L’idée inspirée pour le fauteuil Cádiz était de réinterpréter, d’une façon moderne, la chaise de bistrot populaire dont on se souvient tous. La forme de l’assise ainsi que les lignes minimalistes de la chaise dévoilent un look intemporel et universel. Inspiré par la convivialité des bars et des hôtels, nous voulions créer un produit polyvalent qui trouvera sa place facilement dans ces ambiances. La chaise est empilable, en aluminium et disponible dans un grand choix de couleurs. De plus, nous lui avons donné une touche ludique en montrant le siège dans deux regards différents: lisse et texturé. Chaput y Guijarro entstand aus der Zusammenarbeit von zwei internationalen Möbel designern. Bei der Schaffung des Cádiz Stuhls wollte man den bekannten Cafeteria Stuhl, der fast allen unter uns bekannt ist, auf moderne Art neu auslegen. Seine Form lädt dazu ein, sich zu setzen und seine minimalistischen Linien verleihen ihm eine zeitlose und universelle Optik. Er ist am Zusammenleben der Bars und Hotels mit der Kultur inspiriert. Wir wollten ein vielseitiges Produkt schaffen, das sich diesen Ambientes auf einfache Art anpasst. Der Stuhl ist stapelbar, er ist aus Aluminium und wird in Spanien hergestellt. Er ist in einer großen Vielzahl an Farben erhältlich. Der Sitz mit zwei verschiedenen Stilen – sanft und mit Textur – soll ihm andererseits einen verspielten Hauch verleihen.

GLORIMAR SANTIAGO Glorimar Santiago is from Puerto Rico but based in San Francisco, California. She is an industrial designer educated in the Pratt Institute in New York. Glorimar has designed restaurants and furniture for more than 15 years for firms like EDG Interior Architecture, and Starbucks Coffee Company. She loves history, travelling and nature, and uses these interests as an inspiration for creating adaptable designs for each user. The Esther & Tonin fence is a perfect design for all kind of scenarios. It is a simple and elegant design, completely customizable. Glorimar is the author of Glorimar’s collection.
