NORTHSIDE LOCATION: The Northside of campus has around 3,500 beds are within walking distance of the largest dining center on campus, Sbisa, which offers cafeteria-style eating, as well as popular restaurants. Also available are dining and shopping options at the Northgate District across from on-campus housing properties on University Drive.

AMENITIES: Hullabaloo Hall’s first floor serves as the gathering spot for all Northside halls and features a media room, an open-access computer lab, meeting rooms, lounge and study spaces, a game room, and a 24/7 desk for information and assistance.

THE GARDENS
WHITE CREEK
LOCATION: The Northeast side of campus, having over 1000 beds, is conveniently located next to multiple university bus stops, but also has plenty of parking available.
LOCATION: White Creek has over 1,000 beds on the west side of campus near the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, and Mays Business School.
AMENITIES: All apartments are furnished, and some include washers/dryers. There is access to a community kitchen, meeting space, and BBQ grills and picnic tables on the grounds.
The complex is conveniently located next to multiple university bus stops but also has plenty of parking available.
Fully furnished guest apartments can be reserved year-round by departments. Typically housed at this property are all summer-long adult camps and conferences near engineering departments.
AMENITIES: All furnished apartments have their own bedroom and include washers/dryers. BBQ grills and picnic tables are available in the courtyards. Fully furnished guest apartments can be reserved year-round by departments contacting our office.
SOUTHSIDE LOCATION: The Southside of campus has around 3,700 beds within walking distance of the Memorial Student Center (MSC), Kyle Field, Duncan Dining Center, parking garages, and Rudder Theatre Complex. There are also plenty of eating and shopping options in the MSC such as Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, Mac Resource Center and restaurants. AMENITIES: In fall 2017, the Commons will include a central complex that students will use to study, eat, relax, and have meetings.
