Con l’utilizzo di programmi di modellazione 3D e sofisticati sistemi computerizzati simuliamo le geometrie finali ed il design, sviluppando le fasi di prototipizzazione rapida dei progetti. RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT - The company’s R&D program has been developed according to indications from the clinical world, together with the long experience in the field of implantable medical devices. Final design and geometry are developed on 3D modeling programs and on the most sophisticated computerized systems. INNOVATIONS - The company Ing.C.A.Issoglio & C. S.r.l. is structured to meet the needs of any metal implant project by an advanced design technology, prototyping and final engineering in order to obtain innovative solutions. The project validation is carried out in association with accredited Research institutes following the International Standard requirements. PROJECT AND PROCESS QUALITY - Cermet certifies and monitors the company quality system strictly according to UNI EN ISO 13485:2012 standards. Quality Assurance (QA) supervises all stages of the company activities. Each employee (technical, engineering, administrative, commercial, logistics, mechanic operators) follows all the guidelines and the targets for a main purpose: the continuous compliance with CE marking and continuous improvement. the project CONCETTI BIOMECCANICI - Il successo della metodica implantare Resista è frutto di approfonditi studi sul design dei prodotti e sulla tecnologia di produzione. I risultati clinici a lungo termine sono, infatti, fortemente influenzati dalla precisione e dalla qualità. Il processo produttivo viene eseguito da operatori altamente qualificati che, con l'ausilio dei sistemi elettronici CNC automatizzati, riescono ad ottenere risultati ottimali e riproducibili. Le tolleranze di lavorazione, soprattutto negli accoppiamenti protesici, sono il nostro gold standard e vengono confinate tra 8 -12 μm. I MATERIALI - Gli impianti sono realizzati in Titanio ASTM Gr 4 (Norm. ISO 5832/2), le viti di ritenzione e le componenti protesiche sono realizzate in Lega di Titanio ASTM Gr 5 (Norm. ISO 5832/3). TRATTAMENTI SUPERFICIALI - Il processo di micro-sottrazione non contaminante, di acidificazione, modifica la micro rugosità degli impianti (RDA) texturizzando la superficie e massimizzando bagnabilità e biomimetismo. Il trattamento di superficie ed il processo di decontaminazione, brevettati da Nobil Bio Ricerche, sono in grado di migliorare le proprietà bio-chimiche degli impianti.

SISTEMA QUALITA' (SQ) - UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 e UNI EN ISO 13485:2012 nel rispetto delle Direttive Europee in campo medicale.

BIOMECHANICAL CONCEPTS - The Resista implant system’s success is the result of several product’s design studies and of the high technology applied in the manufacturing. The precision and the reliability of the implant has a strong influence on the long term clinical success. The manufacturing process is carried out by high qualified operators, skilled enough to obtain optimal and reproducible results with the use of electronically controlled CNC machinery. The machinery tolerances (between 8 12 microns), are our gold standard, especially in prosthetic connections. MATERIALS - The implants are made of Titanium ASTM Gr. 4 (ISO Standard 5832/2) and the screws and prosthetic components are made of Titanium ASTM Gr. 5 (ISO Standard 5832/3). SURFACE TREATMENTS - The non-contaminating micro subtraction process changes the implant micro roughness (RDA) and the surface texture, maximizing the wettability and biomimetic properties. Both new surface treatment and decontamination process are patented by Nobil Bio Research improving the bio-chemical properties of the implants. QUALITY SYSTEM (QS) - UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 13485:2012 in compliance of Medical Devices Directives.
