2020 RQA INTERNATIONAL QA CONFERENCE Following the organisation of the 3rd EU QA Conference, the RQA Annual Conference returns in 2020. Now called the RQA International QA Conference, we are once again running a full conference programme, with delegates and speakers from across the world.

We held a successful conference in Manchester Central in 2018 and have decided to return for 2020.

The event will consist of plenary, parallel, discussion and workshop sessions together with a large exhibition and poster area in the Exchange Hall.

As a not-for-profit organisation, offering exhibiting, advertising and sponsorship opportunities allows us to continually promote quality and integrity in scientific research.

In return we offer access to: • Europe’s largest Quality Assurance event for the industry • Exposure to an anticipated audience of around 450 attendees • A range of advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

As well as the world’s best supported football team, much of the best music from the past few decades has come from Manchester. Manchester is a well connected city with numerous flights coming in from Europe every day. From within the UK it is only up to 2.5hrs from London on the train with great road connections.

This year’s venue, Manchester Central, is an award winning venue in the heart of the city. It’s an iconic building with vaulted arches and the station clock, which has been a feature of the city for over 130 years.

Exhibitors will be located in the Exchange Hall where delegates will have tea and coffee from 8am each day and take all their breaks and lunches as well as the ‘Meet the Delegates’ Drinks reception held on Wednesday evening.

ADDITIONAL STAND PERSONNEL £918 EX VAT (up to two additional stand personnel) Each additional personnel (maximum of three personnel per stand) must be registered for an exhibitor’s pass that will entitle them to refreshments and lunches plus the Conference Dinner Dance.

No exhibition stand will be assigned until full payment has been received.

Exhibition stands are allocated on a strictly first come, first serve basis.

GETTING TO MANCHESTER Manchester Central is an iconic venue in the heart of Manchester. Situated in the centre of the UK and easy to reach via Manchester’s extensive multimodal transport network.

BY AIR Manchester Airport is a major international hub just nine miles (14.5km) from the city centre. It serves more than 200 destinations worldwide including direct routes to nine US cities. From the airport, the city is approximately 25 minutes away by taxi or just 20 minutes via the half-hourly express rail service (tickets £3.00-£4.00).

BY RAIL It takes a little over two hours to reach Manchester from London and Manchester also has direct connections to most major UK cities. Services arrive at Piccadilly or Victoria stations where passengers can connect with Metrolink trams for easy access to the city centre. Alternatively, catch a connecting train to Oxford Road Station – just five minutes from Manchester Central on foot.
