Ingredients        

Coriander seeds- 5 tbsp Black peppercorn- 2.5 tbsp Cumin seeds- 1.5 tbsp Fenugreek seeds- 2 tsp Rentio toor dal- 1.5 tbsp Dry red chilies- 20 Curry leaves0- 30 Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

How to make homemade rasam powder? 1. Take a non-stick pan and dry roast the coriander seeds at least for 2 minutes and transfer it into a deep bowl. 2. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black peppercorn, cumin seeds, and dry roast them in a slow flame for 4-5 minutes and transfer in the bowl containing coriander seeds. 3. Now add toor dal in it and dry roast on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes and remove it in the same bowl. Here we have used rentio toor dal which comes with great quality and nutrition. To get the dal you can opt to toor dal online purchase. 4. Dry roast the red chili in the same non-stick pan on 2 minutes and transfer it to the same bowl. 5. Now roast the curry leaves in a pan for 1 minute and remove it to the same bowl again.
