Chopped Dili leaves- ½ cup Rice flour- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic green chili paste- 1 tsp A pinch cooking soda Rentio toor dal- ¼ cup Salt as required

Mustard seeds- 1 tsp White sesame seeds- 1 tsp A few curry leaves

How to make Delhi toor dal dhokla? 1. Wash the toor dal with running water and soak the dal at least for 3-4 hours. 2. Once toor dal is soaked drain water and grind the toor dal along with dili leaves and rice flour to a smooth paste. Make consistency of the batter similar to dhokla or idli. 3. Now add salt, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, cooking soda, mix it well and keep it aside for 2 hours.
