Schedule

WEEK 1: Write press release, obtain photography, obtain press release approval from the seller.

WEEK 2: Secure story exclusive with national and local publication. Distribute press release on predetermined date and pitch media list, field media requests and schedule interviews. Schedule social media posts and coordinate with Sotheby's International Realty social media team on times/dates of national promotion.

WEEK 3: Follow-up with national and local publications.

30 DAYS: Track placement and provide reports to our advisors to be sent to the owner.
