Rules and guidelines for Renegade Maidens Being a Renegade Maidens makes you the face of Renegade Maidens.com. Upon site completion, the public will be able to sign up for a paid membership to Renegade Maidens.com, just like Myspace, with the same functionality and interactivity. You will receive an account with similar features, but your participation as a Renegade Maidens entitles you to a lot more exposure on the website and to the public in general. Your participation is what drives our traffic to the site, and makes them want to come back and stay. The role of the Renegade Maidens entails a number of different aspects that need to be fulfilled in order to maintain that status. The photo sets are a vital part of being a Renegade Maidens, and contributing to the uniqueness of our site, but is certainly not all that completes the title. This guideline outlays all of what’s required of a Renegade Maidens to ensure the consistency of the website content, guarantees your hard work is exclusive to Renegade Maidens.com and also meets our legal obligations. Please feel free to start submitting content, in the form of photosets. If you choose to submit anything else please make sure that the information won’t become dated. Before you commit yourself to Renegade Maidens we do ask 2 things of you. 1. Talk to your spouse, partner or significant other about becoming a part of renegade Maidens. You will only produce a high quality finished product if you are supported 100%. A partner that is not all right with your participation in the beginning will not grow to accept it in the long term. This will show in the long run 2. Take independent legal advice to have the contracts explained to you clearly We look forward to working with you and making this project something brilliant!

1.1 Legal Prior to the shoot date and any commitment you make to participate as a Renegade Maidens, it would be in your best interests to read the Renegade Maidens Participation Agreement and Release. We also recommend, if possible, having a legal representative read the contract as well. RenegadeMaidens.com encourages having both parties 100% happy with the terms and conditions of this position, to avoid any liability or misunderstanding further down the track. The Participation Agreement and Release contract must be signed and returned prior to going any further with organising a shoot. If you have any questions in regards to the contract they can be directed to either Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss - rmaidens@optusnet.com.au 1.2 Beginning the Shoot Process Once you have sent off your contract the next step is to contact Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss rmaidens@optusnet.com.au to register any ideas/themes you have for shoots and have them approved. Advice and ideas on organising shoots can also be provided. Only once these steps have been completed can you begin contacting a photographer. Due to certain ideas being extremely popular, to be fair to everyone, there is an 8-week “holding period”. This means that you have two months from the date of approval to organise the shoot. If after 8 weeks someone requests to shoot the same idea approval will be passed over to them. In keeping with this idea of fairness you can only have up to 3 ideas on hold at any time. The theme and narrative of the shoot is important because this differentiates us from other photo based subscription websites. Using themes allow each photo set to be unique, thus avoiding repetition on the site. A theme could entail a character, an event, a colour or a style, For example: “Little Red Riding Hood”, or “A Rock Show”, “Pink” or “Raver”.

If you choose to use a theme, your photo set must have flow. You can do this by using a “Narrative”. This means that there is a “story line.” You don’t necessarily need to have a story line if you choose to use a theme, there must be some order to the photos. (You can’t have your top on in one photo, then off in the next and then back on in the subsequent photo) Themes and narratives allow you and the Photographer an easier guidance towards laying out the timeline of the shoot, which is a requirement that needs to be met for a set to be accepted for publishing. For more information, see “Timeline of shoot”. 1.3 Choosing a Photographer If you’re new to RenegadeMaidens.com and aren’t familiar or acquainted with a Photographer, we can help you with organising one. Whether it be a resident photographer, or help in tracking down one in your area that we can offer a resident position to. If you are personally acquainted with a Photographer and he/she is already a resident Renegade Maidens Photographer, you can start the shoot organization without the assistance of RenegadeMaidenss.com. Although, we do require you to, prior to any decisions being made, communicate your ideas with Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss to ensure that your ideas haven’t been done or aren’t already in the process of being completed. We also suggest you run your ideas by us first to make sure it complies with Australian censorship laws. If you choose not to consult us, and your shoot breeches these laws, your shoot will not be accepted and your time will have been wasted. If you are personally acquainted with a Photographer and he/she isn’t a resident Renegade Maidens Photographer, they will need to agree to sign a Renegade Maidens Resident Photographer Contract. This contract talks about copyright assignment and may not be in the best interest of a photographer who isn’t aware of our project and what’s involved. So, if you want to use an outside photographer, they will need to familiarize themselves with the Photographer contract and guidelines, and also with RenegadeMaidens.com as a project. 1.4 Planning a shoot with a Photographer

Email: rmaidens@optusnet.com.au Website: www.renegademaidens.com

Once your partnership is decided, you will need to contact your Photographer to organise your photo shoot. You need to notify them on the “theme” and/or “narrative” of the shoot and level of undress that you would like to go to. (You can change your mind on level of undress on the day but it helps to notify your photographer to avoid either of you feeling uncomfortable.) 1.5 Location of photo shoot If the theme is decided, you now need to choose a location. This can be decided by you and/or the Photographer but must be suitable for both parties. It must be agreed by both parties any travel involved, and any expense of that travel. As well as taken under serious consideration and precaution any danger or health hazards involved. RenegadeMaidens.com is not responsible for any cost involved in the location of the shoot so keep this in mind when choosing a location. There will be a space for you to write an intro to each set on the site where you can credit any venue used if they so desire. 1.6 Date of photo shoot The date of shoot needs to be determined and agreed upon by both parties. When a date is set, either you or the Photographer needs to relay this on to Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss. We need to know this so we have an expectation on when we will receive the final product. For more information on what the time requirements are for the delivery of the set, see “When to submit the set”. Confirmation of shoot date can be made via email or the website when such service is available. If the date of the shoot should change, all parties, including Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss need to be informed by methods stated above. 1.7 Timeline of photo set The timeline of the photo set refers to the structure of each individual photograph taken. RenegadeMaidens.com requires continuity to photo sets with a flow from beginning to end. Something to bear in mind is that the more clothes you have to take off the more photos it will equate to.

A timeline is relatively simple to come up with. If your decided level of participation is “Semi Nude” for your shoot, you can then incorporate that into the timeline. For example, you can start the set fully clothed, and end it being semi nude. The theme and/or narrative that you have already chosen will aid you with the way in which this will occur. The timeline should also reflect the number of photos your set will have. For more information on this, see “Required number of photos per photo set” in this section. If a photo set is submitted with no timeline or evident structure, the set may not be accepted. 1.8 Required Number of Photos per Set The set requirement is 50-80 photos. 2.0 Day of the photo shoot Please make sure you arrive prepared! Take the photographer and make-up artist’s (if using one) phone number prior to the day in case of an emergency. Bring as many extra props and accessories as you think may be necessary. Try your costume on several times before the day of the shoot and view them in a mirror, as it is too late to decide on the day that you don’t like it. And most importantly please be courteous and attempt to arrive on time. Have your ID with you to prove that you are of legal age to proceed with the shoot.

3.0 After the Photo shoot Most photographers take an average of two weeks to prepare the photos for screening however you should check with them their estimated time. 3.1 Screening the photos You will need to ask your photographer to arrange a time where you can see the results of your photo shoot. Keep in mind that in both the Renegade Maidens Participation Agreement and Release contract and the Photographer Contract, it states that copies of the photo shoot cannot be made prior to submission to RebelBelles.com, or without consent. If you decide to view the results using another method, you may be in breech of your contract. The reason for this restriction is for exclusivity purposes.

Suite 23/35 Ashridge Road Darra, QLD AUSTRALIA 4076 Once you have seen the results of the shoot, you will need to choose your set to submit to RenegadeMaidens.com. Once you have chosen your set, follow the guidelines for “Preparing the set for submission”

Preparing the set for submission

4.0 Who prepares the set The Photographer is responsible for preparing the set for submission. The Photographer guidelines outlay the specifications for the sets.

4.1 Retouching Our only request, is that retouching on your photographs if absolutely necessary. RenegadeMaidens.com isn’t a glossy magazine. We encourage our girls to be natural. However we understand certain touch ups might need to be made, and we only offer guidance on this matter.

Submitting the set to RebelBelles.com 5.0 Who submits the set Ideally, we suggest the Photographer submits the set as they already have all imagery prepared. However, if you choose to submit the set yourself you need to refer to the Participation Agreement and Release contract regarding the clause that contains the information on obtaining Renegade Maidens imagery prior to submission. If you choose to submit the set yourself, request that the set be placed on a CD and then send the CD into us within the delivery deadline. If the Photographer submits the photo set, you’re entitled to make final approval. 5.1 How to submit the set

Suite 23/35 Ashridge Road Darra, QLD AUSTRALIA 4076 If you choose to submit the set yourself, you will need to submit the set on CD via post. Please ensure that the CD is properly protected and packaged to prevent damage in transit. The address to send this to is: Renegade Maidens Suite 23/35 Ashridge Road Darra,Qld 4076.

5.2 When to submit the set To maintain a website that is fresh and constantly updating its content, we’d like to keep the flow of submissions consistent. We ask to be informed of the official shoot date so we can apply a 2-week delivery for all photo sets starting from the date of the shoot. We certainly don’t want to put any pressure on our photographers, but with all the organization and effort that went into the photo shoot, it is in everyone’s best interests to produce the product to the public ASAP.

If more time is needed, all you need to do is consult Ozboka or Udderleedelishiss, as all rules and restrictions we apply are flexible to a degree.

This guideline is one of the most important to keep in mind.

As you can imagine, from the start of this project, we endured criticism from people who misinterpreted our objectives, and claimed our reasons for what we do is unrespectable. If anyone, who is a part of this project, even slightly proves to these cynics that they are right, our hard work to maintain professionalism and respect for what we do will be rendered useless.

If management at RenegadeMaidens.com feel your conduct has breeched our policies, you will be in breach of your contract, and your participation in RenegadeMaidens.com will be terminated and you will be removed from the website immediately.
