HOW WE WORK Hours of Operation

Confidentiality

We understand the beauty of working remotely, but we’re not naive to its very specific challenges. To ensure our team is always responsive to your needs, we operate on Central Standard Time.

Official business hours and when we reply to client emails, tasks, and meetings are Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to us will be returned upon completion + payment.

We take your confidentiality very seriously.

If we need to use your credit card, we will shred the info after one use. Should the business tasks be allocated to someone internally (i.e.we bring on a new team member to support us), it is acknowledged that the Client should be introduced to the new Project Manager and approve the change before further work commences.

Holidays & Out-of-Office We take off all federal holidays, and we'll remind you of any upcoming holidays at the beginning of each month.

Payment All payments on service hours are due upfront via credit or debit card or bank transfer. Subscription clients are automatically invoiced based on the initial sign-up date. Services commence after payment is received.

Meetings Your time is valuable and so is ours. In the event you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, we require 24-hour notice. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time, as well.

Refunds When you buy a package of time, we commit to having enough time available to serve you. Our commitment to you affects how many other clients we can take on. For that reason, we don't offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over to the next year.

THE PERKS All calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours during business days (M-F).

This means you will receive the following: A prompt response to inquiries The benefit of highly focused, uninterrupted work on your business during the times reserved for you.

Project Management Tools We are happy to work with your PM tool if you've already established a routine (i.e.

ClickUp, Trello, etc.). We use Asana to manage your projects in the event that you don't already have a solution in place.

Fast Turn Around Most independent contractors have to operate by juggling multiple projects at once. This means attention can be spread thin, interruptions may be frequent and delays are likely to occur. With our day-rate model, you know exactly when work will be started and completed for you. Anytime you think of additional projects within our purview, you can reserve an additional half or full day.

Subscription Discount Stay on top of major projects and save $200/year with this recurring quarterly subscription. Subscription includes up to 3 half day rate sessions each quarter. Booking one per month is recommended, but feel free to schedule back-to-back sessions.

GETTING STARTED The Discovery Call I want to learn where you are in your business, where you feel you're succeeding and where you feel you are lacking in support. This complimentary 1-hour session is the first step towards understanding your needs and assessing whether or not our services are a good fit for your business.

Custom Action Plan for Your Business Needs Based on our discovery call, I will send you a custom action plan checklist and suggest any tools or services necessary to the agreed upon work.

ABOUT RENEE

Photographer and Virtual Marketing Strategist? Why that combo? My passion is doing the work that makes a real difference in an individual's business.

Not everyone wants the responsibility of growing a team, yet it can be difficult to scale without some help. That's why I enjoy helping solo real estate agents streamline their transactions and marketing workflows through CRM optimization and other high-impact projects.
