Architectural proposal for a mixed-use project
Via Clouthier is a project designed for a complicated site: large, with a high cost per square meter and a height difference of almost 20 meters between its lowest and highest point As a first step, a staggered design was planned that presented three towers with different heights; however, to obtain the best business performance, the construction is concentrated in a single building, with the rest of the spaces being used for gardens and a park
The great natural unevenness of the terrain provides the land with privileged views as well as its own natural path within the residential complex itself
Applying a market study, it was determined that adding a commercial area to the project was ideal, since it is a sector of the city in commercial growth The same market study dictated which the amenities of the building should be and the approximate measurements of the apartments.

The restaurant La Monalica has been a reference in the Tapachulteca society, that is why the proposed design seeks to be at the height of both its cuisine and the family it has created.

This is a speculative building designed to be built in series in an industrial park. It is designed to be built in the shortest possible time and to reduce costs to the minimum necessary.
In this project we had a more direct contact with the clients, where they were the ones who requested tilt-up walls and gave some specifications on which design decisions were made The desert vegetation instead of a tropical one was also to minimize costs The ramps were placed in strategic locations in order to reduce dead areas.

Located at: Del Molino, C. 20 de Noviembre 125, Maria Luisa, Centro, 64000 Monterrey, N.L. The project is focused on a specific sector of the population: The future women inhabitants of the area
For the project we took into account the whole perspective of feminist urbanism, which seeks to create spaces consciously and thinking of everyone, taking into account the characteristics that make an area hostile.
The building is made up of commercial and residential areas, with housing at the top and public areas at the bottom
Within the commercial area we find spaces that benefit the quality of life of women to reduce the distances they would have to travel to carry out their activities.
Among the amenities that today's market prefers, we were able to find safe spaces that allow them to work as workspaces
Pink spot was born as a space inside the building located in the main corner of it, which in addition to being a landmark of the project becomes a space that seeks to serve as a psychological, legal and moral support for women through several processes:
Communication through the app.
Collective culture of care
Information on meeting points, government agencies or any doubt that can be provided to resolve a situation of danger that a woman is living.

Abbracciare house is a refuge, a place designed for the family to live in harmony and togetherness under the motto "Special spaces for special people".
With a very steep slope and in a privileged curve with one of the best views towards Florecia
Family unity was a priority in the project, and considering that the members were 5: two parents with their 5 children, the following design decisions were made:
The Level 0 was divided into a quad l id ith d t h d t designating a different activity
Circulations were concentrated on the left side of the project, connecting this floor with the lower floor, where the rooms are located.
This level continues with the separation of quadrants facilitating the structure that will be used in the project
