Study Case Mobile Application
myITS myITS is an application idea concept based on android and iOS to acces university academic System, this application created and managed by the Information Systems Directorate. This application can connect university stakeholders such as students, lecturers, staff, and also parents of students
Context and Problem
The Academic Community requires the application of information. System that supports activities in the lecture enviroment. The information system is expected to provide up-to-date information such us: study development, academic calendar, etc.

I am distributed quesionnaires to 30 respondents each students, lecturers, education staff, and parents. This survey was conducted in April 2019. The survey asked respondents needed about information system applications that support campus activities.
Concept Collage Student For student users, this app can help them to see information about semester grades, class schedules, semester courses, and others. With this feature, it is expected that students will be helped in terms of lectures and campus activities.
Lecturer For lecturer, this app can help them to see their students' semester scores, class schedules, number of students taking semester courses, and etc. With this feature, it is expected that the lecturers will be helped in educating students and doing activities on campus.
Putri Sari
College Student Putri Sari is a 20 year old college student, currently studying at one of the best universities in Indonesia. During college, she had a concern about the academic system at her university for being inefficient, not well-integrated, and uninformative. She wanted the academic system at her university to meet the needs of students, user friendly and have good features.

Teman Bicara TemanBicara is the first AI-based application idea concept that combines an AI technology platform with personalized mental health services in Indonesia. This application concept originated from the UI / UX Design competition project at the University of North Sumatra.
Context and Problem
Depression is a quite risky problem and needs to be anticipated. Because these problems can harm our mental health, we need an AI-based platform that can help to minimize depression, namely "TemanBicara". An Indonesian language platform that can be used as a chat partner to relieve stress and minimize depression. This application aims to calm and provide support for depressive disorders in order to get a place where he can know stories about their problems.

We distribute the quessionnaires and got a total 166 respondents This survey was conducted in January 2019, and asked about how often people feel depression, its causes, and how to handle it.
Concept Patient For the patient, they can consult with a psychologist, symptom check using an AI machine, independent meditation, and others. By utilizing the services provided, it is expected that users will return to their normal activities.
Psychologist For psychologist users, they can provide suggestions on various articles and meditation instruments that can be used by patients and others. By providing these services to patients, it is expected that patients will health and back to their normal activities.
Putrabali College Student Putrabali is a 20-year-old student studying at one of the best universities in Indonesia. During college, he always felt uncomfortable because of the many assignments and difficult college materials. Besides that, he often felt worried and could not sleep well. He wanted to go to a psychologist but he felt uncomfortable and afraid of being caught by his friend who thought he was crazy. He hopes there is an application that can help him get back to his activities without having any pressure and can sleep well.

The process of making this website design based on client needs. First, my team brainstormed with the client to know about their needs and then we created a wireframe before moving on to the user interface design.
After the wireframe is complete, we will show the results to the client for review and we asked for feedback about content that they wanted to appear on the website, and then we worked on the user interface design. For the last step, the results of the user interface design will be reviewed by the client.

Banban is the first authentic Japanese cheese tea drink in Indonesia using the best natural ingredients. Not only authentic Japanese cheese tea, but Banban has a varied and healthy menu.

Sayembara Jabbar
Sayembara Jabbar is a UI/UX competition held by the Government of West Java to find individuals or groups who have creative and innovative ideas to redesign the West Java Government website.
Design Process
The process of making this website design is based on research data that has been done by the West Java government team. We just need to change the data in the form of user interface design. The data provided by the West Java government is many, such as the number of visitors each day, what devices users use, and many other data.
After analyzing the data, then we created a wireframe and re-researched the existing West Java government website form or grouping. Our goal is to pay attention to details that need to be simplified or developed for the better. After that, we load the user interface design according to the results of research and data from the West Java government.

Prixa is the first AI-based company to combine an AI technology platform with insurance and personalized healthcare in Indonesia. Prixa's main service is an AI-based symptom examination system, besides that Prixa also has other health services such as telemedicine, doctor's appointments, and many services that can be used to help you and can be accessed easily.

Design Process
The process of making a mobile phone design based on stakeholders and user needs. First, the product design team researched the features we wanted to create, from there we got a new perspective on what the user needed and the experience of using it. After that we analyzed and summarized the results by integrating stakeholder needs, we immediately created a wireframe to sketch how the interface would look.
After creating a wireframe, we created the user interface based on design guidelines. And when interface design is completed, we conduct user testing to find out and validate the design we make easy to use. when user testing has been completed, we will give the design to the development team.

Vidness is a concept application idea that aims to monitor and prevent the spread of covid-19 in Indonesia. This concept has several services and features that can be used easily by the public, such as a map of the spread of a positive COVID-19 infection, a list of hospitals for emergency calls and can order swabs / rapid tests, and many other services.
