Individual Commission Plan

New Licensee Flex Plan

• 70/30% split up to $60,000 in paid gross commission, then 95/5% thereafter, within each 12- month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Experienced Licensee Flex Plan

Minimum $75,000 Annual Production in the Past Year

• 80/20% split up to $88,000 in paid gross commission, then 95/5% thereafter, within each 12- month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $259.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Top Producer Transaction Plan

Minimum $150,000 Annual Production in the Past Year

• 95/5% split with an $895.00 transaction fee per deal, capped at 12 within each 12month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $407.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Top Producer Flex Plan

Minimum $150,000 Annual Production in the Past Year

• 90/10% split up to $175,000 in paid gross commission, then 95/5% thereafter, within each 12- month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $259.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Top Producer Advantage Flex Plan

Minimum $250,000 Annual Production in the Past Year Requires Head Office Approval

• 95/5% split with a $2,500.00 transaction fee per deal, capped at 6 within each 12month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $259.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Partnership Transaction Plan

This plan is offered only under a partnership arrangement.

• 95/5% split with an $895.00 transaction fee per deal, capped at 9 within each 12month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $407.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

This plan is offered only under a partnership arrangement.

• 90/10% split up to $40,000 in paid gross commission, then 95/5% thereafter, plus an $895.00 transaction fee per deal capped at 9 within each 12-month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $259.00+ HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Team Member Transaction Plan

This plan is offered only to team agents under a Team Lead on a full plan.

• 95/5% split with a $295.00 transaction fee per deal, capped at 12 within each 12month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $407.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Team Member Flex Plan

This plan is offered only to team agents under a Team Lead on a full plan.

• 90/10% split up to $92,000 in paid gross commission, then 95/5% thereafter, within each 12-month anniversary period, based on closing dates.

• Subject to $259.00 + HST per month

• There is a 5%+ $100.00 transaction fee charged on residential leases.

Private office $399.00 per month +HST

Large team office $499.00 to $599.00 + HST

Semi-private office $199.00 per month + HST

Principal residence (as defined by CRA): $495.00 processing fee. Investment properties: $995.00 processing fee. Transactions with no commission: $1,250.00 processing fee. If a commission is charged, regular commission structure applies

All Flex Plans require a minimum annual company contribution, excluding monthly fees.
