WHO WE ARE Established in 1984, founder Sandra Sanders gained momentum with a loyal following and an outstanding track record for supporting agents, their buyers, and their sellers. This report should always be done, whether buying or selling a property, as it will help to understand the current market, how much similar properties are worth, if it is an investment property or how much you can charge for rent. As your agent I will create reports to help you set a list price for your home and, less frequently, to help buyers make competitive offers.
