Matt began his career in real estate in 1995 by buying and remodeling homes. He was licensed at another brokerage for nearly ten years before joining RE/MAX Concepts in 2006. Through the freedom and flexibil ity of the Concepts system he grew his business and became a Broker/Owner in 2008. Matt wants to give back as much as was given to him and actively plays a part in our agents’ continued success. Matt and his wife Rachel live in Norwalk with their three children.

Matt Mauro Lance has been a respected professional in the real estate community since 1987 and obtained his bro ker’s license in 1993. Over the years, Lance has worked in all aspects of real estate making him an invaluable asset to agents. Much of Lance’s success can be at tributed to his passion for real estate and mentoring others in the business. He uses his 30+ years of ex perience to guide agents and help them elevate their business. Lance and his wife Donna have two children, 6 grandchildren, and reside in Pleasant Hill.
Shane began his career in the construction industry but ultimately decided to get his real estate license and join RE/MAX Concepts in 2009. As his business began to flourish, he opened our Polk City office in 2012. Shane built a strong business and uses his expe rience to mentor other agents. He went on to become a Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Concepts in 2013 and then became a principal owner in September 2016. Shane lives in Polk City with his wife Mandy and three children.
Lance Hanson
Ou left the corporate world and followed his passion for real estate in 2006, earning the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year award in 2007. In 2010 joined RE/MAX Concepts as a New Agent Mentor. In 2011, he became a Managing Part ner of the former West Des Moines Concepts Office, ultimately growing the office from 11 to 40 agents. In 2016, he became a principal owner of RE/MAX Con cepts. Ou and his wife Joy have 4 children and live in West Des Moines.

The Concepts Cares Committee is comprised of RE/MAX Concepts agents and staff and is funded souly by donations. Agents have the opportunity to donate to Concepts Cares through pledge donations which are automatically taken out of their commissions. Since Concepts Cares was founded, over $250,000 has been donated to those in need! Concepts Cares is proud to be a 501(C)3 Non-Profit Organization.
