This past financial year has reinforced Team Chauncy’s reputation as a market leader in Artarmon. Buyer confidence has remained strong, driven by stable interest rates and low stock levels.

Our sales strategies continue to generate new records. Among the year’s standout results were 2 Cooney Road, which achieved $5,400,000 at auction, and 109 Artarmon Road, a beautifully appointed home that also sold at auction for $5,185,000. Each of these sales now stands as a street record and was among the top five in Artarmon over the past 12 months.

Momentum in the Artarmon townhouse and apartment market continues to grow, with strong buyer demand and limited supply driving a series of record-breaking results. Earlier this quarter, we achieved $1,600,000 for 12/15 Hampden Road in an off-market sale, and $1,270,000 for 1/40 Elizabeth Street — both setting new benchmarks for apartments sold within their respective blocks.

Artarmon townhouses & apartments remain very popular with young families, professionals and investors alike. Local factors such as quick & easy access to the CBD, the train line, neighbourhood parks and the sought-after Artarmon Public School continue to drive competition and confidence among buyers.
