Parking is located right next to Hall 1 (The Marquee) and is available on a first come first serve basis.

Taxis will be readily available outside the venue.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the exhibition without having to provide a reason. They also reserve the right to order the expulsion of any person whose behaviour, in the opinion of the organisers, makes such action desirable. Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision has paved the way for growth in the entertainment industry, which is unprecedented in the Kingdom. The Saudi Entertainment and Amusement Summit will host a series of workshops and keynotes to address the opportunities and challenges in this rapidly growing market with fresh ideas and unique perspectives.

A central feature of the show, the Saudi Entertainment and Amusement Summit is a series of spontaneous and forthright panel discussions on the key strategic opportunities and challenges shaping the entertainment sector at this time of accelerated expansion and change. Topics will vary from foreign direct investment to acquiring the skill sets necessary for success in the entertainment and amusement industry.

Each panel will address a specific issue and be composed of 3 to 4 industry expert speakers. Each speaker will have 5 minutes at the start of each discussion to introduce themselves and their basic position on the parent topic. The discussion will then open out amongst the whole panel, guided by an informed and independent moderator and conclude with questions from the audience.

SPEAKER PROFILE

The majority of speakers will be senior representatives from developers, operators, family entertainment centres, theme parks, consultants, design agencies and government.

TIMING AND LOCATION

Sessions will commence on the afternoons of each day of the exhibition (the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of April) at the Jeddah Centre for Forum and Events. The talks will take place within a purpose-built conference theatre in the exhibition hall (Stand 1A50)
