We are here to talk whenever you need We can provide Redress Support. We can walk with you on your journey. We can talk with you about seeking support, gathering information and filling out your application form. We can help you make decisions about access to counselling, payments and an apology.

You can bring a support person with you every step of the way.

If you want to make decision about an offer, we can:

Step you through your offer and your options to accept or reject.

Yarn about the scheme and your offer with your family.

Help you think through how to manage ongoing counselling, payment, an apology or civil law processes.

Help you fill in the application form.

Keep track of how you're feeling about your journey and connect you with other support and cultural healing.

Redress Support Journey Map

I am on a journey, gathering support...

I have shapes I can colour in as I gather support on my journey, at my pace. My support person is here to walk with me. They can help me gather information, fill out application forms, make decisions, access counselling, payments and an apology.
