A Work Unit Alignment Process is discussed that enables a participant to identify the required results for a team/work unit; identify the required tasks to achieve business results and align tasks to the appropriate team/work unit position.

This course uses a highly interactive teaching style, combining discussions of relevant theory and principles with assessments and practice simulations to create a rich and engaging learning environment.
The Program is for any person/employee who needs to learn how to achieve results through people.
This includes team leaders, crew chiefs, new managers, middle managers and senior managers.
