Course Content This B.A course is a one year addition (or ‘top-up’) to candidates who have successfully completed a HND award in Photography. Working in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland it will be delivered in the excellent facilities here on the Reid Kerr College Campus.

This Degree course’s objective is to improve your current skills and put them in context. You will develop new skills in digital film making to match current industrial requirements. Through work experience and work related learning you will develop your entrepreneurial and employability skills.

Working in the Creative Industries. Teaching at schools/community learning and colleges.

This course focuses on the development of design skills, practical programme knowledge and technical ability to work in a Design environment. The course covers a wide range of Visual Communication Skills and includes Animation, Web Design, Advertising and Multimedia Publishing. Projects are delivered by subject specialists and are studio and design suite based.

HND Dance Artists SCQF level : 8

Course Content This course focuses on the development of Jazz Dance Techniques, Dance Production, Contemporary Dance Techniques, Contextual Studies, Classical Ballet, Choreography & Teaching Skills, Body Conditioning, Contact Improvisation, Work Experience.

Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements 2 Highers including Art. Successful completion of an NC course. Students are interviewed on an individual basis and prior experience taken into account.
