Our Candidate Sourcing and Screening Approach We will employ a Multiple Sourcing Strategy in order to quickly and effectively identify a pool of high potential candidates. This approach employs a variety of channels in order to assemble the highest quality shortlist. The various sourcing channels of candidate acquisition would include:

He specializes in senior executive placements in the manufacturing and construction industries. He is a member of Amrop’s Automotive and industry Practice Group.

Through his professional career Árpád has gained considerable experience in a wide variety of industries in Hungary and Central and Eastern Europe, having held senior positions with international companies in the chemicals, electronics and construction sectors.

Before joining Amrop, Árpád was the Vice President for South Eastern Europe for Uponor, one of Europe’s leading construction materials companies. Árpád has a university degree in chemistry. He speaks fluent English, Slovakian and Russian.
