That was at the request of his mother Betty Green, Florida, said ISP Detective Peter Tressler in the affidavit. Green also originally attributed her ex-husband's death to her dog, said Negangard. According to the affidavit, she later told police she saw a loaded handgun on the night-

After shooting five times, he got up, and as she reloaded, sat on the bed and said, “You need to die, not me,” lunging toward her, she told police. She then shot him five more times and he fell to the floor.

An investigation showed there were Internet searches on .38 caliber shots to the head, including to “Let's Talk Terminal Ballistic Headshots” and “Headshot and 38 at Close Range” sites in March, he said. A .38 caliber was used in the alleged murder. Danielle Green told police she shot her ex-husband “out of fear for her life” but the evidence is contrary to the facts, said Negangard.
