Present: Jeff Hughes, Shane McHenry, Tom Orschell, Gayle pennington, Auditor (Not voting), Andrew Baudendister, county Attorney (ttot votiigJ, Teresa Randall, County Administrator. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Executive Session was held to discuss pending property litigation.
Tom orschell made a motion to give authority to the Gounty Attorney and the Gounty Administrator to move forward in the negotiation procesi in the county's best interest. seconded by shane McH1nry. rvrotion palseo unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: OKI .Funding Gontract / Agreement - Options: Continue with no contract, 1g month contract, sign current contract. Terri recommends continuing with the contract.
