AURORA HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION (AHPC) Minutes April 16, 2013 CALL TO ORDER: Chair Cynthia Bean opened the meeting and noted the presence of a quorum. ROLL CALL Present: Cynthia Bean Kevin Bean Brett Fehrman Chris Powell Cindy Rottinghaus Jo Ann Ruehl Seth Elder – Staff Absent: Rick Grubbs - Code Enforcement Officer Press was represented by Chandra Mattingly Upon motion by Ruehl, seconded by Fehrman, the March 19, 2013 minutes were approved as presented. COA REVIEW: Elder reviewed the drawings for the COA for the stabilization project of the Harris Cabin, owned by Hillforest. He has been working with Bob Powell on the effort, and he recommended approval. Upon motion by Fehrman, seconded by Ruehl, the COA was approved. HEARING OF VISITORS: There were no visitors. OLD BUSINESS: There was no Old Business. NEW BUSINESS: There was no New Business. OTHER BUSINESS Elder discussed the Endangered Places grants and loans through Indiana Landmarks.
