NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of CASS TOWNSHIP, OHIO County, Indiana that the proper officers of CASS TOWNSHIP at 7:00 pm on August 27, 2012 at Trusteeʼs office will conduct a public hearing on the year 2013 budget. Attention Home Inspectors! The City of Rising Sun has received a grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority from the Community Development Block Grant Program for an Owner-occupied Housing Rehabilitation program. The project will address code violations and assist homeowners with minor rehab/repair work to approximately ten (10) homes located within the Rising Sun City limits and Ohio County. A whole-house inspection will be per formed on all ten (10) properties along with one (1) final inspection upon completion of the rehabilitation work. The City of Rising Sun is accepting proposals for the inspection services for the rehabilitation pro gram. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please contact Kathy Kelly at the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, P.O.
