NEW CHAMPIONS, THE STREAK CONTINUES, ENDLESS DEBUTS! NEW U.S CHAMPION Drew Payne was finally able to get hold of his first ever championship in RPW on Woah Warzone this week as he took on The Masked Man in a championship match. After a rocky 2022 Drew hopes this will kick start his new series on the blue brand.
The United States Championship is one of the most sought after titles in RPW, Drew Payne really has his hands full with all the immense levels of competition on Woah. Former WHC Poke has stated "that belt is mine. It's only a matter of time before I take it off that joker who's obsessed with chairs. He's going to need one to cry on after he loses MY belt."
The Empress, The Queen, The Reign Continues. 222 days and counting as Bobbie got a massive victory over rival and former tag team partner Noodle as they opened up FNF with a match for the ages! Bobbie missed TWO Twisted Bobs and still managed to get the 3 count on old WW rival NoodleSoups to retain her beloved RPW Woman's Universal Championship. Some say the streak will never end, but with a new flock of woman rookies being introduced in series 2 means anything is possible as the talent level takes that next step!
DOMINATING ROOKIES Grayson Grix Lee made a BANG as he walked down the ramp. The big man from Alaska took RPW by storm as he destroyed fellow rookie 'Big Mean' Hank Green without even letting off a sweat. Other rookies that made their debut were Lee Lassiter, Xander Evans, Draven Wilde, Alex Bishop, Rylee Saint and more. Other new rookies making starts in RPW are big names from the indies such as Maurice Axel and Chase Cruise. RPW Series 2 is having an influx of massive indie superstars who have made their names over seas and now look to do the same in the #1 Wrestling Show in Sports Entertainment.

NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION By William Hunt
Toxic Thursday saw one of the BIGGEST upsets in RPW history as we crowned a brand new RPW World Heavyweight Champion! Charmander (pictured above) took on an unlikely opponent in Branden Bombs for the championship after defeating him a week prior in a non title match. The odds were heavily in Branden's favour as he has been a WHC before and held the tag titles for over 100 days. Charmander has held gold before being the WW Tag Team Titles and the RPW Randomiser championship however he always struggled in singles competition for brand titles in his career. He came to the ring with resilience, confidence and an overzealous attitude to claim his first ever major championship. He got off to a quick start in the match, he had all of the momentum coming off the non title match from the week before, Branden thought it was a one off and claimed he can easily defend the title against Charmander as he "isn't on my level." Branden Bombs went on to say "I am the strongest, baddest and most well rounded RPW superstar. No one can touch me, no one can beat me, I am the best." Charmander was interviewed post match and had this to say about becoming a World Heavyweight Champion in RPW. "This is the start, this is the push I needed and deserved. I have proven time and time again I am here to stay and can fight with the biggest and baddest in RPW. I have proved it in tag team and now it's my time to prove it in singles... YOUR NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION BABY!!" All eyes on Toxic Thursday go to Charmander now as big names such as Alfredo, Sibzz, Cebu, Killro and more all look to take on the new champion to end his reign as soon as they can. All the pressure is on the new champ as he aims to overtake Jocko as the longest reigning world champion in RPW.

LONGEST TITLE REIGN CONTINUES
#1 CONTENDER FUTURE TITLE MATCHES
This week in RPW saw multiple superstars become #1 contenders for various championships. On WW the rookie Reaper won a 6 man ladder match to earn a title match vs the Universal Champion Jocko. Against big names Vinu, Butch and Colm as well as fellow rookie Maurice Axel and returning star Scotty Mac. The Reaper may be new to RPW but it just goes to show a title shot is never far for anyone willing to earn it.
TT had a jam packed main event featuring multiple championships between 5 of the biggest names in RPW. In this fatal 5 way we witnessed former US and Tag Team champ The Bear become #1 contender for Zeke's Intercontinental Championship. He overcame the odds as he sets his sights on Zeke next week.

The RPW Shooting Stars championship remains vacated until the upcoming PLE however all three brands have had qualifier matches for the brand vs brand vs brand match at TWoF. We saw rookie Kari Daniels win her 5 woman battle royale on TT to qualify, same as Lady Dream on the previous weeks FNF. MossarellaCheese is the final competitor in the triple threat which will be at TWoF for the Shooting Stars title and will also win a point for the winning brand.

Historically, Woah Warzone won the first ever brand vs brand PLE and Toxic Thursday won Brand of the Year at the awards ceremony. FNF hold all the pressure as they have never won a brand vs brand event before. With the new rosters for each show it is a big moment for all names, new and old alike to prove that they can lead their brand to glory.

CAPTAINS Team captains (pictured above) have a massive task with the upcoming PLE as the fate of their respective brands lay in their hands. They will be tasked with choosing each and every superstar included in the PLE to get wins for their show and ensure that they make it to the main event to compete in the 4v4 WARGAMES match to ultimately decide the #1 brand in RPW. Each win will earn the team a point with the two most points competing in the main event. That means the team captains have the hard choice to choose the 4 superstars who are locked for the main event, but if they don't make it those 4 are out of the PLE.

The main event ended with Roddy being pinned by Hardcore Champion Deano whilst Leb tried to get Lamin to tap out. Roddy blames Leb saying "Because you made us lose. If you didn't go for a dumb sub at that time which wouldn't even be effective... You screwed yourself" He ended with "But anyways it's over already. It was a good match nontheless. GG to Deano for grabbing his opportunity."
Leb is one half of the Tag Team champs however has very few main events to his name, this was a massive opportunity for him however as he went to make Lamin tap out Deano stole the win from under him. He had this to say after the match "but my point is I wasn't the one that got pinned ... that's all on him" They ended on good terms with Leb letting out "GG though" however they will go 1 on 1 next week to settle who really lost this main event match.

SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN Chase Cruise 'The Chosen One' went toe to toe with seven other rookies with a MASSIVE title opportunity on the line! It came down to him and Grayson Grix Lee and Cruise managed to dump him over the top rope to be the last man standing
Cristian Coke of TNF called out Colm in a 1v1 matchup on ShowDown. A lot of talk has been going on between the two in recent weeks as they both look to prove they are better than the other. One a former US champ, the other a former WHC... i'm sure we will see more on WW After Branden Bombs dropped his WHC it opened up Freshy Sibzz eyes as he is more than used to taking on Charmander from their WW days. Sibzz - Branden is due to be one of the biggest RPW rivalries as both powerhouses look to be the champion again
