TTime is very crucial for any or all business owners. Either they’ve associated time with money or money with time Either way, every minute of the day is accounted for For most, time management is key Whether multi-tasking or planning, time is being spent productively.
Here are a few tips to avoid being a timewaster:
Start your day consistently. Whether you ’ re an early riser or a night owl. Stay consistent and condition your body to the right rhythm for maximum sustainability throughout the day.
Ending your day.
Get plenty of rest. Insufficient and poor-quality sleep are significant factors that decrease your productivity levels during the day.
What you eat matters.
If you take too many carbohydrates, for instance, you risk wrecking your performance levels.
Be mindful of your peace. Incorporate mindfulness techniques into your daily routines has reported to improve focus, better memory, and greater ability to work under pressure It also helps you stay grounded, more present, and make better decisions.
Set time limits. Talking with friends, shopping, social media, and business/personal lunch appointments.
Delegate tasks.
Hire a virtual assistant, stop DIY’ing time-consuming items, and leave certain items with the experts.
Learn to say no. If not, you’ll crash and burn You can’t do it all There are certain times when you’ll have to just pass!
Maximizing your time allows you to maximize your day more effectively. Being organized allows you take full advantage of tasks and important issues It also brings clarity to those important, game-changing wins that you ’ ve been waiting for all along

“The Covid-19 pandemic has ushered in unprecedented times, and we are here for you.”
“If you’re struggling with this new reality, let us know…”
“Flexibility and support for our workforce is our priority…”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, a large number of employees reported that they felt their employers genuinely cared about them and their lives and for the most part, employees believed in their employers’ message Workforces joined together to support one another, shift operations online, and adjust to the new normal during nationwide lockdowns But, that warm fuzzy feeling has faded and the good old days of cynicism and “employee vs. employer” have returned for most workplaces across the country. (We are speaking partly with equal parts sarcasm and truth). To make matters worse, employers have been accused of performative allyship during the racial reckoning that swept the country after the murder of George Floyd Employees have found themselves at a point in which they do not believe anything their employers say or do. So, how can employers respond to this in a meaningful way?
First, employers should embrace the following idea: If you take care of your employees, they will take care of you (and the company ) Employers need to find a way to help employees process their efforts to promote their well being in a positive way, instead of employees viewing employer efforts as an empty half measure. Here are some tips on how employers can take care of their employees:
Communication: A brief 15-20 minute check in with your employees, communicating that your goal is to support their Professional Health and Wellness is a great way to demonstrate genuine care because you are giving them your time Consider open ended questions such as, “How are things going for you?” and allowing the employee the space to answer is a great place to start. Listen to your employees and identify ways you might be able to resolve their concerns at work or direct them to resources that can provide them support
Sharing Events: Everyone is busy working, so a work field trip may not be on the calendar any time soon. Sharing events with your employees that may be important to a particular demographic is a good way to show that you know your employees and have an idea of what their interests are For example, you might share information on an exhibit at a museum during Black History Month or Pride Month and include a message on why you decided to share it with your employees or why you think it is important and/or interesting.
Implement an Acknowledgement System: Consider implementing an internal online acknowledgement system in which employees and management can send each other virtual acknowledgements for great work, communication, or commitment to a project. Publicly acknowledging someone ’ s work or acumen goes a long way in showing your employees that you notice and appreciate their contributions
We guarantee you that taking care of your employees will pay consistent dividends Happy Investing!
