2022 A business incubator located in historic downtown Lawrence. Two stories of shopping, dining, office spaces, and a common area to help small businesses thrive.

The site for this business incubator is located on historic downtown Massuchausteest Street in Lawrence. As shown to the right in the floor plan the site is rectangular with partition walls on either side. Given the outside constraints, the exterior was mainly unchangeable, so the interior became my focus. The angles rooms as walking through the first floor to draw people into the space, to give them the full experience of the amenities.

As this build was centered around engaging people, materials and their placement were important. Lighter stains of wood are better for natural light to bounce off, frosted glass also created a light feel inside paired with greenery, open air, and skylights.
