The idea is to design a structure that “labels architecture” by the use of grid on the facade which defines the basic and significant tool of architecture with the design intention of connectiong old dubai to new dubai by integrating the historic tower along with the architecture centre and urban space.

The design concept reflects an understanding of local cultural values, socioeconomic considerations, sustainability, and historic preservation. It also is reflected in the public space functionality, their relationship, their safety, and the living environment.

This is a beautiful courtyard house designed for a local family. That is divided into three zones considering privacy and Dubai culture. The courtyard has access to men’s majlis, women’s majlis, and a family room. The house has two separate entrances one to the men’s majlis and another to family area.
On the ground level, we have men and women majlis, an office, a kitchen, a living area, and the maids/ driver block. Where as on the first level master bedroom, two boys’ rooms and three girls’ rooms with washrooms. Laundry and a living space along with a pantry.

This design concept is based on the client’s interest in simplicity and functionality. It’s a watch shop for the Armitron brand located in Phoenix Marketcity shopping mall, Chennai. Cabinets for the basic display of watches with led lighting. The cashier counter is placed in a position that can be monitored. Storage space is designed behind the lightbox.

To renovate and design a cafeteria and restaurant that enhances the dining experience through modern aesthetics, functional layouts, and a welcoming ambiance. The renovation will prioritize creating a versatile space that accommodates diverse dining preferences (family/men section). Key design elements will include comfortable seating, efficient traffic flow, and incorporation of natural light. Additionally, the design will integrate sustainable materials and energyefficient solutions to promote environmental responsibility. The ultimate goal is to transform the cafeteria and restaurant into a vibrant, attractive, and comfortable environment that encourages patronage and satisfaction while reflecting contemporary dining trends.
