The transformation of 509 Madison Avenue redefines this Midtown landmark as a modern hub for branded residences, a luxury hotel, and mixed-use offices. The design preserves most of the existing façade while introducing larger, modern windows, blending contemporary refinement with historic character. A stepped massing lightens the terrace levels, with a taller lighter facade, enhancing city views and creating unique living experiences.
Upper floors feature duplex residences with soaring ceilings and expansive interiors, embodying quiet luxury. The lobby seamlessly separates hotel and residential entries, leading to curated spaces, including a signature restaurant, refined corridors, and elegantly designed kitchens and bathrooms.
