Meet the Executive Director
Robin Mayweather, Executive Director
Ms. Robin Mayweather, a proud native of Memphis, is a product of Memphis City Schools. She graduated from Hamilton High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida A&M University. After completing her degree, Ms. Mayweather returned to Memphis and founded Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. in 2003, where she currently serves as Executive Director and Owner. Throughout her career, Ms. Mayweather has built strong relationships in education and has established valuable partnerships with organizations such as Memphis-Shelby County Schools (MSCS), First 8 Memphis, and Porter-Leath.
Mrs. Vivian Spain is an Administrator and Family Engagement Specialist for the RRA First 8 Memphis classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Grambling State University. Mrs. Spain brings over 30 years of administrative support in the education space. Mrs. Spain specializes in recruitment efforts and has maintained in compliance by 100% for enrollment in the 24-25 school year.

Meshach Boyce, Administrator
Mr. Meshach Boyce is an Administrator and the Operations Lead at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Mr. Boyce brings a fresh perspective to the Academy’s operations and strategic initiatives. Recently, he successfully launched the House Program, which resulted in a 13% increase in both attendance and parent engagement.

Meet the RRA First 8 Team
Pamela Neal, Lead Teacher
Mrs. Pamela Neal is the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K-4 classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with First 8 Memphis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee State University and brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the classroom. A veteran educator at the Academy for more than 20 years, Mrs. Neal excels in lesson planning, classroom management, and training new educators.
Mrs. Evelyn Hamilton is the Teacher for our Pre-K-4 classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with First 8 Memphis. She holds a Pre-School Child Development Associate credential and brings over 20 years of teaching experience to the classroom. Mrs. Hamilton excels in early literacy and numeracy, social-emotional learning, and parent communication.
Ms. Miah Mayweather is the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K-4 classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with MSCS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations from Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. Ms. Mayweather brings over 15 years of teaching experience to the classroom and serves as the Assistant Director.
Ms. Erica Gailes is the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K-4 classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with MSCS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from LeMoyne-Owen College. She brings over 5 years of teaching experience to the classroom. Ms. Gailes excels in social-emotional development, classroom management, and managing part-time floaters.
Mrs. Natorrie McGrone is the Lead Teacher for our Early Head Start at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with PorterLeath. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate credential. A veteran educator at the Academy for more than 25 years of experience. Mrs. McGrone excels in creating safe spaces for our infants to develop into strong learners and serves as the morning manager.
Mrs. Brandi Jeans is the Teacher for our Early Head Start at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc., in partnership with Porter-Leath. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate. Mrs. Jeans brings over 20+ years of teaching experience to the classroom. Mrs. Jeans excels at infant and toddler development and drafting ageappropriate lesson plans to surpass developmental milestones.
Ms. Apple Curry is the Lead Teacher for the Infant-Toddler classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate credential and brings over 20 years of experience as a dedicated educator at the Academy. Renowned for her expertise in early childhood education, Ms. Curry excels at designing engaging lesson plans that help children under the age of two achieve key developmental milestones.
Ms. Venus Galloway is the Assistant Teacher for the Infant-Toddler classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate credential and brings 5 years of experience as a dedicated educator at the Academy. Ms. Galloway excels at creating safe learning environments for our infants to grow.
Mrs. Tarcha Redmond is the Lead Teacher for the Junior Pre-K classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate credential and brings over 20 years of experience as a dedicated educator at the Academy. Mrs. Redmond excels in lesson planning, behavior management, and individualized instruction for students aged 2 to 4.
Ms. MaDana McVoy is the Assistant Teacher for the Junior Pre-K classroom at Red Robin’s Academy of Learning, Inc. She holds an Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate credential and brings over 20 years of experience as a dedicated educator at the Academy. Ms. McVoy excels at engaging our students in educational play.
