This spring, artists and makers across the island open their private studios, workshops and galleries to celebrate Minjerribah’s rich arts and cultural traditions and the vibrant local maker community. The Minjerribah Arts Trail will showcase more than 20 visual artists, weavers, ceramicists, jewellers, printmakers, photographers and sculptors in the island’s three villages: Gumpi (Dunwich), Pulan (Amity Point) and Mulumba (Point Lookout).
Held over three consecutive weekends (Friday-Monday), you can design your own arts trail experience. Meet the artists and makers, understand their inspirations and practices, take part in a workshop or just browse and buy in the galleries and studios.
