Previously I was a multimedia designer for five years, where I found my passion for web design. I followed my heart and launched Red Box in 2006. Cold calling and sales weren’t for me, I planned to use lead generation. After a steep learning curve in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) winning the number one spot on Google was my obsession. My next step was to learn and excel at turning site visitors into customers. Digital marketing is now more complex, social media, pay per click advertising, and email automation, are all extra strings to our bow.



Now I have an amazing team, to design, build and run clients’ websites and marketing, but I still love helping clients with marketing strategies and watching them succeed and grow. It gives me a real buzz as does seeing the team deliver this on a bigger scale to a diverse range of industries.

With over 20 years of experience in operations management, primarily in the logistics industry, I joined Red Box to help the team across a number of areas including, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business, allowing Rob and our staff to get on with what they do best…helping clients.
Drawing on my management experience I am able to assist with team building, goal setting and performance management as well as planning for the future growth of Red Box, with a view to being able to help and support more businesses to achieve their dreams and so help our brilliant Red Box team to achieve their own.

I have spent 15 or more years helping businesses large and small with their marketing, website and software requirements. I love getting to know customers and their businesses and helping them achieve their website and marketing goals.
My background is in Digital Marketing and Social Media where I spent many years helping businesses gain exposure and improve their online presence. I brought these skills with me and put them to use here at Red Box. I have a keen eye for detail with excellent organisational and time management skills which serve me well in managing the projects and the team here at Red Box.

This will vary depending on your requirements but can range from a couple of hours of studio time included in your package so we can get on with any changes, through to weekly support of paid ads, Search Engine Optimisation and even blog writing.

We get this and have always worked hard to combat this negative persona given to website companies. 6.When we take on new projects, each client becomes a part of our Red Box family. From the first phone call to the launch of each shiny new website, we’re working together with our clients every step of the way. Communication is key.
• We use some great Project Management software, to keep us on track, following our proven project management process.
• We get agreement from you on the Homepage, then each stage and page of the design.
• We divide and assign project elements to the most relevant team expert.
• Your dedicated project manager will liaise with you and the development team making the process simple, streamlined and successful for you. Keeping you abreast of any changes or requirements at any point in the process.
How much does a new website cost?

To help us explain we want you to imagine you are buying a car. Cars vary in price hugely yet they all offer the same core functionality that will get you from A-B; they have four wheels, and an engine and are safe. But, your requirements for its performance, aesthetics and customisation will be the areas that you will expect the price to vary. It is much the same with websites.
A website can be standard (4 wheels and an engine), but it will not perform or look as amazing as a Ferrari. So this is where budget, expectations and compromise are key.
A smaller, standard but good looking website without additional functionality would be from around £100 + VAT per month, mid sized standard site around £170+ VAT per month to a similar site but a bespoke design will be from around £280 + VAT per month; you can then add your extra features. There are lots of options so we work with you to get you the best possible website for your budget.
How long will my new website take to build?

As a rough estimate depending on the number of pages and specific features your site has, you can expect a time frame of anywhere from 3 - 12 weeks.
Some reasons that could delay your build:
• Some clients, do not have the content/copy (text) or images ready for us to start work on their site. This is the biggest reason for the delayed launch of your site. Don’t worry though we can help, we can refer you to copywriters and help with images if needed. It does help get your site on time if you can have this information ready in one document at the start of the process.
• Life never goes to plan, and some clients find other priorities occur, we can work with you through these unplanned events to ensure you get your site launched with as little hassle as possible.
How do I get started?

You likely have a call booked with us to discuss your website and digital marketing. In this call, we’ll learn about your business, your previous marketing experiences, and importantly your goals over the next 12 months and beyond. We then research your target market and competitors, developing a strategy for you, along with a budget required to reach your goals. We present your strategy to you in person (or by video)
