There was a time when Sienna Hart and Matt Barton were inseparable. They were best friends through high school and everyone was sure that the two of them would end up together. But life is full of surprises, and when Sienna stayed in town to open a wedding planner business while Matt left for college, the two friends lost touch.

Years later, Matt is engaged to the chic and successful businesswoman Mindy – and they both want Sienna to plan their wedding for them! Sienna says yes, but with Mindy constantly called away for work, it’s left to Matt and Sienna to organize the event on their own.

Keen to offload this inheritance as quickly as possible and use the money to fund her business, Nora flies to England to prepare it for sale. When she arrives however, she encounters a big problem; Jamie Allen. Jamie is the stuffy new owner of Edmund’s furniture company, and he refuses to let Nora sell the house. Every time she has a possible buyer, Jamie scares them away with tales of impossible maintenance issues, and even ghosts! But as Nora fights for her claim on the estate, she finds herself slowly drawn to the charismatic Jamie. When her ex shows up asking her to return to America, Nora has a decision to make; is her future back in the States with her dream design company, or in this charming countryside home with Jamie?
