THE ROYAL INSTITUTION OF CHARTERED SURVEYORS (RICS) RICS is the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction. Graduates with degrees approved by RICS and who have relevant employment experience can become chartered surveyors within the facilities management faculty by completing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
