Prospect finds an ad and applies by submitting their contact info. This creates a prospect record in taTEXT. The prospect is then redirected to the Application Questionnaire.
Questionnaire responses are recorded in the Notes section of the prospect’s taTEXT record.

After a prospect submits their contact info, they receive an automated welcome/thank you text message and email. Both the text message and the email include a link to the Application Questionnaire.
After a prospect submits the Questionnaire, they receive a personalized follow-up text message within 30 minutes, thanking them and providing a link to the Licensing Information page. The verbiage of this text message can be customized in your settings and can be specific to the response from the Questionnaire.
The Licensing Information page contains resources such as recommended schools and exam prep help. It also has a form for the prospect to subscribe to the AgentRunway SMS service and another form to indicate when they have enrolled in a real estate school. Submission of these forms will add a note to the prospect’s record.
The AgentRunway SMS service is a free dripcampaign that provides prospects with career resources via text message twice a week for 4+ weeks.
